Heidi has been a CSR at Cuddy Insurance Agency for 10 years. She specializes in personal lines focusing primarily on Mass auto and homeowners insurance. She previously worked at Irish Insurance Agency, as a CSR and Worcester Insurance Company, as a commercial lines coder. Heidi has 26 years of personal lines experience.

Heidi has volunteered as a Girl Scout leader in North Brookfield for 10 years. She also helps her mother and father with the family business, Robbie Ceramics. Heidi volunteers for many community functions.

Heidi has lived in North Brookfield for most of her life. She spends most of her time with her 16 year old daughter, Kayla.

Personal Lines Manager of Cuddy Insurance Agency

Has been with the company since 1987.

She has 25 years experience in personal lines insurance specializing in homeowner policies.  Patti, along with her sister, Betsy, is a third generation owner of Cuddy Insurance which remains the only family owned and operated agency in town.

Patti earned her AS degree in business from Bryant University in Smithville, Rhode Island.

Patti and her husband Mark volunteer a lot of their time to various local charities within the Auburn community including North American Martyrs Catholic Church.

She and her husband Mark reside in Auburn with their yorkie, Bella.

Betsy, President of Cuddy Insurance, has been with the company since 1986. She has 26 years experience in both personal and commercial insurance. She is currently pursuing her CIC Designation (certified Insurance Counselor). Betsy along with her sister Patti is a third generation owner of Cuddy Insurance Agency which remains the only family owned and operated agency in town.

Betsy serves as an active member in the community. She is a Trustee of the North Brookfield Savings Bank, serving as chairperson on the CRA committee. She is also acting Chairperson for North Brookfield Youth Center and previously served as an officer and member of Worcester County Independent Insurance Agents

Betsy earned her Bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University in Ft. Collins, Co. and successfully completed the Aetna’s agency training school.

Betsy resides in Rutland, MA with her husband. They are the proud parents of two grown boys.
